Example: a 90-minute city hall visit uses 2 tickets. That’s ¥12,000 with single tickets, or ¥9,960 if you use a 10-ticket pack.

- Do work that needs special tools or licences, such as electrical work or chainsaw jobs

Do I have to call you?
No. We take requests by LINE or through the contact form only. Send a photo of your letter and we’ll reply by message.
I’m not sure how many tickets I need.
Tell us what’s happening. We’ll tell you the number of tickets before we start, so there are no surprises.
Do prices include transportation?
Yes. Every price on this page includes tax and transportation. There are no area fees.
Will you fill in forms for me at city hall?
We’ll sit beside you, explain each line in English, and interpret what the staff say. You write and submit the forms yourself.
Can I buy a 5-ticket or 10-ticket pack and use it for different things?
Yes. A ticket is 45 minutes of our time. Use it for hands-on help, letters, or going with you somewhere. Longer visits use more than one ticket.
